This highly collectible set (item 56.59209) includes the illuminated porcelain Water Tower and matching accessory piece. Originally introduced in the late 1990s, this beloved landmark is known for its incredible architectural detail and warm glow when lit. The box shows some shelf wear, but the pieces inside are clean, well-protected, and appear gently used or unused. Perfect for Department 56 collectors, Chicago lovers, or anyone building a detailed Christmas village display. Porcelain Water Tower building. Original box (wear present). Main Tower Height: approximately 11.5-12 inches. Base Width: about 4.5-5 inches. Base Depth: about 4-4.5 inches. Box is in ok shape has noticeable shelf/storage wear. Inside contents in excellent condition. This hasn’t been displayed before all items are inside. No breaks or repairs visible.
