This is rare version of Department 56 Woolworth’s building with 2 diner which is a rare fine. Most of the Woolworth’s are only 1 diner. I displayed this product once and kept in a smoke free home. NOTES: this item has the stair broken off as shown in picture 2.

56 Christmas In The City Collection #56.59253 Cafe’ Tazio. The Italian Coffe shop measures 9 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It has been displayed and was well cared for. I have found no flaws. The detail is great. The sign is included. It comes with anywhere lighting which requires 4 AA batteries. The adaptive collar to change it, to use a regular Dept. 56 light cord is included. That is if you wanted to switch it to a regular Dept. A regular light cord isn’t included, Dept. 56 didn’t sell this piece with a regular light cord. It would be a great addition to your Dickens Village display. Please check out the pictures! 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. Condition is “Pre-owned”, 2 blue flags are missing for roof, path worn from skaters, 1 spire broken on roof and bronze paint has bubbles and slight flaking, comes in original Styrofoam and sleeve, both have some shelf wear.
