This was part of my moms huuuge collection of christmas pieces, Which almost never came out of the boxes, Looks to be in excellent to new condition. Box shows some wear from being in back closet shown in pictures. The 2014 Department 56 Christmas in the City Precinct 56 Police Station 4036490 is a rare collectible Christmas village building made of ceramic and porcelain. The Dept 56 Stillwater Collectibles & Antiques is from the 30 year Special Edition Collection. Introduced in 2005, and retired in 2006. The illuminated village building features a shop sign and street lamp post. Will arrive in original packaging. It is part of the snow village collection and celebrates the 30 anniversary of Dept 56’s theme villages. I detected no damage to the building which lights up. The shop sigh is present. The lamp post Does Not light up, the wire is cut, unsure if able to be repaired. The sleeve shows vintage wear. Please view photos and ask any questions you may have.
