The Dept 56 Stillwater Collectibles & Antiques is from the 30 year Special Edition Collection. Introduced in 2005, and retired in 2006. The illuminated village building features a shop sign and street lamp post. Will arrive in original packaging. It is part of the snow village collection and celebrates the 30 anniversary of Dept 56’s theme villages. I detected no damage to the building which lights up. The shop sigh is present. The lamp post Does Not light up, the wire is cut, unsure if able to be repaired. The sleeve shows vintage wear. Please view photos and ask any questions you may have.

The DEPT 56 “Christmas in the City” – THE GRAND HOTEL is a brand new porcelain Christmas village piece from Department 56. This multicolored building, measuring 6.25 inches in length and 8.5 inches in height, is part of the Christmas in the City collection and features an American style with a painted finish. The retired item, manufactured in 2015, depicts a grand hotel and is designed for any room during the holiday season. Made in China, this collectible piece adds charm to any village display. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way. For those interested, my home is smoke-free and pet-free.

The house is complete. Comes with original box, sleeve, new old stock light cord as well. I noticed no chips aside from possibly a paint imperfection inside the house. See the close up of inside the window where the piano hangs. Nothing can touch that spot from the outside so I imagine it was done when made. This is by far the best example I’ve seen in a while.
