This collectible set commemorates the historic Times Square 2000 New Year’s celebration and features the illuminated Times Tower building complete with the famous crystal-style ball drop and Happy New Year 2000 rooftop signage. The Times Tower porcelain lighted building. Original packaging and Styrofoam insert. Building appears to be in very good condition with original packaging. Box shows normal storage and shelf wear. Manufactured in 2003 as part of the Christmas in the City collection, this multicolored American-themed piece features illumination and comes in its original box. Perfect for indoor display in any room, this original and retired collectible showcases a seasonal city scene, making it a unique addition to any holiday decor. The top does light up all three colors, green, red, and blue. All pieces are included. The box does have a tear, some creases, and worn edges. The DEPT 56 “Christmas In The City” Oxford Shoes is a brand new collectible piece from Department 56. This porcelain building features a festive multicolor design and depicts a part of city life during the mid 20th century. Part of the Christmas in the City collection, this retired piece comes in its original box and is perfect for any room during the holiday season. Made in China in 2013, this painted piece adds a touch of seasonal charm to any Christmas display. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way. For those interested, my home is smoke-free and pet-free.

The Dept 56 Stillwater Collectibles & Antiques is from the 30 year Special Edition Collection. Introduced in 2005, and retired in 2006. The illuminated village building features a shop sign and street lamp post. Will arrive in original packaging. It is part of the snow village collection and celebrates the 30 anniversary of Dept 56’s theme villages. I detected no damage to the building which lights up. The shop sigh is present. The lamp post Does Not light up, the wire is cut, unsure if able to be repaired. The sleeve shows vintage wear. Please view photos and ask any questions you may have.
