Introduced in 2008 and retired in 2009, making this a relatively short-production Department 56 piece. CONDITION: Appears NEW / UNUSED and never displayed. Building remains wrapped in its original protective plastic inside the original fitted Styrofoam packaging. Includes. Topsy’s Toys lighted building #799995. Original light cord. Original hanging “Topsy’s – Santa’s Favorite Toy Store” sign. Original fitted Styrofoam packaging. Original Department 56 box The hanging Topsy’s sign remains separately packaged, and the electrical cord also remains packaged as shown. I have not removed the building from its protective wrapping or assembled/displayed the piece in order to preserve its apparent new-old-stock condition. Because of this, the lighting has not been tested. Original outer box shows some shelf/storage wear from age, including edge/corner wear and light creasing. Please review all photos carefully for exact box condition. Excellent opportunity to add a very clean, apparently unused example to a Christmas in the City collection.
