Light Cord: The included AC power cord is brand new and has never been used/unraveled; however, please note that the white protective plastic wiring shows some minor cosmetic discoloration/yellowing from age while sitting in storage. Packaging Condition: The original outer cardboard box sleeve shows heavy signs of storage wear, including noticeable tears, structural scuffs, and age stainage. The inner styrofoam container remains solid and secure to safely pack and protect the building for transit. The two added pieces & cover show wear and tears in styrofoam. 56 Christmas In The City “Caffe’ Tazio ” #56.59253. It is in very good displayed condition. It comes with anywhere lighting. I have found no chips or cracks. The previous owner broke the back lamp over the door in the back of the building, he told me when he was putting it away for the season and forgot about it. He bought a silver replacement one that looks great with it. The broken one is included, if you have a steady hand you could repair it. A regular light cord collar is included but a light cord is NOT, Dept. 56 didn’t include one with it. The detail is great. It measures 9 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It is a great for display in your village. Every village needs a coffee shop. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve is clean. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items. Pa residents are charged 6 % Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue as I may have missed something in my description but never intentionally.
