This was part of my moms huuuge collection of christmas pieces, Which almost never came out of the boxes, Looks to be in excellent to new condition. Box shows some wear from being in back closet shown in pictures. The 2014 Department 56 Christmas in the City Precinct 56 Police Station 4036490 is a rare collectible Christmas village building made of ceramic and porcelain. This multicolor police station features a unique design as part of the Christmas in the City collection from Department 56.
