56 Christmas In The City “Jambalaya Cafe” 56.59265 Flaw Read 2006 See Pics. Unfortunately whoever originally owned this, i suspect, used the faux wrought iron rail to pull the cafe out of styrofoam and broke off the corner railing on 3rd floor. I was able to reattach the piece that i found with it but there is still 2 small pieces that were not there. Other than that rail, everything else is in excellent condition. The little cafe sign is still in original wrapper and has never been put into holder. There is no outer box only the styrofoam it sets in for storage. I show in last couple of pics, where the railing is off. I also show the damaged styrofoam. I have noticed this is where this particular item gets damaged often. There isnt an easy way to remove it from packing and people end up pulling on the rails.

Lot of Dept 56 North Pole Series Houses & Figurines. 1 Yummy Gummy Gumdrop Factory with original adapter. Unfortunately, no “sugar room” sign, no original box, the lights don’t work. Maybe you can fix them. A NEW motor was installed so the conveyor belt works flawlessly. Also, the yellow & the purple spinning candy are present but not the red one on right side. 2 “Checking it Twice” Wind-up Toys Factory comes with original storage box (not best condition), an adapter (not original), & the plane that flies around top. (No wind up key, sign, figurine, nor snow included). There is a small chip on 1 side but house is in overall good condition. 3 Bjorn Turoc Rocking Horse Maker comes with house only. (No Rocking Horse, nor original box or adapter included). The animated Rocking horse motor doesn’t work therefore, only a regular light cord is included. 4 All Figurines shown are included. Overall, EVERYTHING looks really good but tried to show any damage in last pics! Please dont hesitate to ask any questions.

Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #799996 lighted building called St. It is a numbered limited-edition piece from 2008 and is marked 1407 out of 6000 on the bottom. The building measures 7.25 x 8.5 x 11.25. As for condition it is missing one pane of stain glass on the front window. Besides that there are no chips or cracks. It also comes with four crosses that are packaged separately and a light cord. It comes in its original styrofoam box and sleeve which does show wear and tear.

I’m not sure if it was a dealer close out or a personal collection, but many of these items have all the original packaging so may be NEW or were used for display purposes in the store. IF there are any issues with items, those details will be noted in each listing. Many RARE or Hard to Find buildings and accessories!! This is your opportunity to add pieces to your collection! This listing: Foster Pharmacy #58916. NOTE: there is a chunk missing from back corner. Because of its location by snow, it looks like snow was extended. Please use zoom feature to determine condition for yourself. Box and styrofoam are bit dirty and show shelf wear but do the job of identifying and protecting this item. Building may need good cleaning/dusting. At least on our end!
