Manufactured in 2011, this limited edition piece is part of the Christmas in the City collection by Department 56. The multicolor American-style village house features a painted finish and comes in its original packaging. Perfect for Christmas enthusiasts, this set captures the essence of festive holiday scenes in a charming and intricately detailed design. This is a brand-new NRFB collector piece. The piece has never been removed from the box. I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way. For those interested, my home is smoke-free and pet-free.

This piece is part of Dept. 56’s Christmas In The City Series, introduced in the 1980s as part of their Christmas season collectibles. This miniature cityscape is alive with holiday spirit. Piece Details: This particular city piece #5887-5, is dated 1995 and is an excellent condition for its age. Approximate Measurements: The house is approximately 12 inches tall x 5.5 inches wide x 9 inches deep. Condition: Although pre-owned, this piece is in excellent condition with no noticeable chips, cracks, repairs or blemishes to the figure. Outside box has expected wear from being taken on and off the foam protective box as seen in the final image(s). This Department 56 Christmas in the City Yankee Stadium captures the historic 1923 “House That Ruth Built” in wonderful detail. The stadium is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or broken pieces. One of the flags has chips along its top as shown in the last pictures.
