56 Christmas In The City 2001 “Tavern In The Park”. It is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. The fancy restaurant is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building stands approx. 71/2 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The light cord adapter is included along with the flag for the roof. The detail is great, it will stand out in your village display. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The the paper sleeve shows some wear on the edges from age and storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items. These charges are your responsibility. Pa residents are charged 6 % Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue as I may have missed something in my description but never intentionally.

Brand New In Box. Grand Central Railway Station. Christmas In The City. This is a brand new in box Dept 56 “Grand Central Railway Station” Christmas In The City #58881. Introduced 1996 and retired 1999. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Two-story rendition of New York City’s Grand Central Terminal. Arched colonade entry topped by balustrade. Access to platforms from side entrances. Brick building with formal elegant trim topped by clock. This item is brand new in box and comes in original outer sleeve and styrofoam. The sleeve has some wear but the item is brand new. I ripped some of the plastic sleeve the station comes in placing it back in the box after the photos. Dept 56 Christmas in the City – The Paramount Hotel – Complete In Box Working. In excellent overall condition. Comes complete with Hotel, Star on Top, Power / Accessory Cord, Light Bulb, and Instructions. There is 1 very hard to see minor repair on the one of the corner decorations which has to be glued back in place as show in pic 8. Starlight occasionally turns off where you just push on the top and it comes on. Signature required for those with less than 20 Feedback. If battery is included, I make no guarantee on battery life. Dept 56 GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE Christmas In The City Series Historic Landmark. There is a hairline crack on bridge as shown; it goes about 1/3 across. I put a touch of gorilla glue on it to keep it from spreading. It does not go all the way through, it is on surface. This would be a wonderful addition to your decor! Lot of Dept 56 North Pole Series Houses & Figurines. 1 Yummy Gummy Gumdrop Factory with original adapter. Unfortunately, no “sugar room” sign, no original box, the lights don’t work. Maybe you can fix them. A NEW motor was installed so the conveyor belt works flawlessly. Also, the yellow & the purple spinning candy are present but not the red one on right side. 2 “Checking it Twice” Wind-up Toys Factory comes with original storage box (not best condition), an adapter (not original), & the plane that flies around top. (No wind up key, sign, figurine, nor snow included). There is a small chip on 1 side but house is in overall good condition. 3 Bjorn Turoc Rocking Horse Maker comes with house only. (No Rocking Horse, nor original box or adapter included). The animated Rocking horse motor doesn’t work therefore, only a regular light cord is included. 4 All Figurines shown are included. Overall, EVERYTHING looks really good but tried to show any damage in last pics! Please dont hesitate to ask any questions.
