Hotel is in excellent pre-owned condition. Original box and original styrofoam packing shows some shelf wear (scraps, wrinkles and scuffs). READ: the power cord has the required aux connection to ensure the star is illuminated however, the cord has been melted by a nearby candle (oops) – cord and light works as it should. Sleeve has some discoloration. Item appears brand new but when I was opening it, the Polar bear with cub fell on the ground and broke. Clean break so should be an easy fix.

This piece is pre-owned and complete with all pieces. Two of the pieces are detached but display fine. The pieces are the right fence piece and the left lantern. I will package these pieces separately from the main building. These pieces can be glued in place if desired. A great retired piece perfect for the upcoming holidays. Hawthorne Village Coca Cola Light-Up Holiday Collection Bundle Tested – READ. Included are as follows. 2003 Eckerd Pharmacy & Soda Fountain. 2003 Betty’s Donuts. 2002 10 Pin Diner Bowling Alley. All pieces are in working condition and fully light up. There is a very minor chip on the top corner of the Bowling Alley as pictured. Other than that imperfection all pieces are in great condition.

56 Christmas In The City “Jambalaya Cafe” 56.59265 Flaw Read 2006 See Pics. Unfortunately whoever originally owned this, i suspect, used the faux wrought iron rail to pull the cafe out of styrofoam and broke off the corner railing on 3rd floor. I was able to reattach the piece that i found with it but there is still 2 small pieces that were not there. Other than that rail, everything else is in excellent condition. The little cafe sign is still in original wrapper and has never been put into holder. There is no outer box only the styrofoam it sets in for storage. I show in last couple of pics, where the railing is off. I also show the damaged styrofoam. I have noticed this is where this particular item gets damaged often. There isnt an easy way to remove it from packing and people end up pulling on the rails.

Harley Davidson Dept 56 City Dealership Christmas in the City Village New READ DESCRIPTION. Department 56 Harley-Davidson City Dealership. Part of the Christmas in the City series. Beautiful porcelain light up village house. With a 3-D interior showroom scene featuring a. New Harley Motorcycle for sale. Please note: The sides of the box in the photos. Are not discolored, it’s just my reflection. READ CONDITION NOTES BELOW. I typically don’t use stock photos but since this has never. Been removed from the box I used a stock photo. For the 1st photo, all other photos are of the actual. Item you will receive. CONDITION : Harley-Davison City Dealership is Brand new in damaged packaging. The outer cardboard sleeve is ripped on one side and missing a piece of the outer cardboard. The Styrofoam on the top and bottom are a little dirty from being in storage. The edges of the inner Styrofoam are starting to flake (see photo 12). That being said, the house itself is brand new and has never been removed from the packaging – See photos. PLEASE NOTE: Any white spots, circles or streaks that may appear in photos are simply reflections from my light and not on the actual item – if you are unsure and need clarification please message me. Lot of Dept 56 North Pole Series Houses & Figurines. 1 Yummy Gummy Gumdrop Factory with original adapter. Unfortunately, no “sugar room” sign, no original box, the lights don’t work. Maybe you can fix them. A NEW motor was installed so the conveyor belt works flawlessly. Also, the yellow & the purple spinning candy are present but not the red one on right side. 2 “Checking it Twice” Wind-up Toys Factory comes with original storage box (not best condition), an adapter (not original), & the plane that flies around top. (No wind up key, sign, figurine, nor snow included). There is a small chip on 1 side but house is in overall good condition. 3 Bjorn Turoc Rocking Horse Maker comes with house only. (No Rocking Horse, nor original box or adapter included). The animated Rocking horse motor doesn’t work therefore, only a regular light cord is included. 4 All Figurines shown are included. Overall, EVERYTHING looks really good but tried to show any damage in last pics! Please dont hesitate to ask any questions.
