In original box. A few notes. Missing the tree, all other pieces there including 2 skater pieces and 18 flags as seen in photos. The garland on the right (in the photos) needs a tiny bit of glue. It is adhered, but the very front has lifted. When you turn it on, you can hear the motor but the skaters don’t move. Please ask any questions!! Will be packed with TLC.

Pre-owned and in very good condition. The porcelain building is clean with no cracks, chips, or repairs. All paint and details are intact. The interior light works, but the bulb needs to be replaced (standard Department 56 village replacement bulb). Wakefield Books building (East Village Shops collection). Original light cord. Original styrofoam insert. Original box (shows wear, creasing, and torn edges from storage). This is Wakefield Books (#4025243) from the Christmas in the City “East Village Shops” series by Department 56. Beautifully detailed piece with warm lighted windows, festive decorations, and classic storefront design. Perfect for collectors and for expanding any Christmas village display. The building itself is in excellent shape. Only the bulb needs replacement. Box has age-related cosmetic wear.
