The building has the Dept 56 hallmark on the bottom. This is NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM D56. Lt’s Brand New, Never Displayed, Mint Condition in GENERIC WHITE SLEEVE Box. The BOX is NOT Perfect. These were packaged by D56 in plain WHITE SLEEVES instead of the colorful Picture sleeve. They are FIRST QUALITY. This item was just opened for the first time for pictures and was checked for workability and defects, it is Perfect. An upright piano hangs from a hoist outside. One of signs says Hammerstein Piano Co. Renowned pianist Oscar Hammerstein is synonymous with extensive work in musical theater.
