The outer cardboard sleeve is ripped on one side and missing a piece of the outer cardboard. The Styrofoam on the top and bottom are a little dirty from being in storage. The edges of the inner Styrofoam are starting to flake (see photo 12). That being said, the house itself is brand new and has never been removed from the packaging – See photos.
