Dept 56 The Majestic Theater Christmas in the City – Limited Edition Boxed 2009 One extremely small chip on the bottom left front of the front of Building. The very small chip (as shown in picture) almost appears as snow and would be easily hidden in setting or fixable. The rest of the building is in excellent condition. Department 56 – Christmas in the City Series – The Times Tower Special Edition Gift Set #56.55510. Introduced in 1999 and retired in 1999. The building measures approximately 18″ tall x 4 3/4″ wide x 6 1/2 deep. The lights do work. I did get the ball to drop and go back up with some wriggling of the button. The building is in very good condition. The box has a tear on the lid and has some tape across it. This is a large piece and heavy. Please review all of the photos.
