The Woolworth Building is an early American skyscraper designed by architect Cass Gilbert and built in 1913. It is a neo-Gothic style and stands 60 stories tall and for over 100 years has been an important part of the New York skyline. (1) BREAKING NEWS sku 4036084. 56 Christmas In The City “Jambalaya Cafe” 56.59265 Flaw Read 2006 See Pics. Unfortunately whoever originally owned this, i suspect, used the faux wrought iron rail to pull the cafe out of styrofoam and broke off the corner railing on 3rd floor. I was able to reattach the piece that i found with it but there is still 2 small pieces that were not there. Other than that rail, everything else is in excellent condition. The little cafe sign is still in original wrapper and has never been put into holder. There is no outer box only the styrofoam it sets in for storage. I show in last couple of pics, where the railing is off. I also show the damaged styrofoam. I have noticed this is where this particular item gets damaged often. There isnt an easy way to remove it from packing and people end up pulling on the rails.

Previously owned Department 56 Milano Of Italy Christmas in the City Lighted Christmas Village House, it appears to be in nice condition, includes the box, styrofoam and light cord with may or may not have a working bulb, may be dusty from storage and have snow fiber on it. It is approx 4″ wide by 9-1/2″ tall. Reasonable offers only will be considered, FYI offering half the price listed will more then likely be declined.
