The product is a Department 56 Christmas In The City “Maxwell’s Blues Hall” building from 2012. This collectible ceramic and porcelain piece is part of the Christmas in the City collection and features a multicolor painted finish. We recently downsized, and I can no longer set up the elaborate display that I previously did.

The building measures 9 inches high x 7 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign. The detail is great. It will stand out in your Christmas In the City village display.
