Building is complete with dog and boy figurine, lighted tree, roof top tree, bag of snow and front light. The lit tree will either need two batteries or an adapter to work. I tested it with both and it lit up brightly. You will need to provide your own power source. Really nice building take a look at the photos. The photos are from the exact item you will receive.

Parts of the fence are bent and broken. There is also a missing plant on the top balcony. The railing could be broken off the rest of the way and I don’t think that would be as noticeable. Christmas in the City collection.

With original box and styrofoam insert. No damage to figurine. Red and green lights work to change the color of the top of the building. The clear light is dim. Some outer flood lights not lit. See photos for more details. Box shows some wear and tear. From a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Measures 24.5 tall.
