Dept 56 Lenox China Shop. This was in a taped plastic bag. I opened it and it looks new. I put batteries in and it lights up. Does not have light cord or figures on front. It already runs on battery operated lights inside. I hear a small piece of plaster loose inside house, but no damage. Must be a factory blemish. As is, see pics and judge, all sales final.

RARE – RETIRED Dept 56 Christmas In The City. “HAVANA’S CIGAR SHOP” 805534. This piece was originally called Hemmingway’s Cigar Shop which is a misspell of how Ernest Hemingway spelled his name. Then it was changed to Havana’s Cigar shop. It depicts a place where Ernest Hemingway would go to enjoy a good cigar. NEW IN BOX and includes light cord. Vintage 2004 rare Department 56 Christmas In The City series Retired Christmas Treasures Shop 59240 with its own mini Christmas village in the stores light up window display. Great versatile piece that can be either battery operated so it can be displayed anywhere using 4 AA batteries (not included) or use the included adapter piece and use standard department 56 wall plug in corded bulb light (not included). Tested and works perfectly, includes everything shown and only what is shown. Box has some shelf wear from age, please see pictures for what is included and condition.
