Dept 56 New EMPIRE STATE BUILDING Historical Landmark Series CIC #59207. Condition is New in box with all the plastic and papers. Only taken out of box cover for these photos… But not the Styrofoam. This is by far the biggest piece in my collection. The box stands 20 inches tall. Never taken out of the box. Still in all the plastic. Small issues with outer box… One corner has a partial tear (see pics) and on one side of the box there are 2 small puncture tears but the pieces are still intact. It came this way from the store.
