THESE VILLAGE HOUSES AND ACCESSORIES COME FROM OLD STORE STOCK THAT’S BEEN IN STORAGE, ESTATE SALES OR FROM A DEPT 56 COLLECTOR. This is a used item. The lights on the building work. The lone light bulb (2nd photo) doesn’t work. Building does not have cracks. The retail cardboard sleeve has torn areas, dents/creases, and worn areas. Original foam packaging is included. Please see all 19 photos in this listing.
