Hotel is in excellent pre-owned condition. Original box and original styrofoam packing shows some shelf wear (scraps, wrinkles and scuffs). READ: the power cord has the required aux connection to ensure the star is illuminated however, the cord has been melted by a nearby candle (oops) – cord and light works as it should. 56 Christmas In The City Series #4023514 “City Park Carriage House “. It is in excellent condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It is a three piece set. The building measures 8 inches high x 6 1/2 inches long x 7 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign for building. Also included is the man with the carriage horse and sign for carriage rides. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean it does have some light wear from storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa.
