This is a Dept. 56 “7400 Beacon Hill” 4030346 Limited Edition #d 706/2013 Christmas in the City Village Christmas building; it is signed by the artist (cannot make out who) on the bottom. The building has an illuminated component and comes with original box. It is in great condition.

Set is from the Department 56 1998 Heritage Village – Christmas In The City Collection and is retired (1998), rare, and hard to find. Set is skillfully handcrafted porcelain and beautifully hand painted. Set is titled Scottie’s Toy Shop (58871) and features a snow-covered three-story red brick store decorated with pine boughs, wreaths, and red ribbon that features a window filled with a variety of colorful toys inside while children and parents wonder the cobblestone street outside. Capture the grandeur and spiritual beauty of the iconic Cathedral of Saint Paul (Patina Dome Edition) with this exquisite Department 56 miniature replica. Handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, this stunning piece brings the majesty of this architectural marvel into your home or holiday village display. “Cathedral of Saint Paul (Patina Dome Edition)”. Is a retired Christmas village piece from the. Christmas in the City. The item number is #58930. It was introduced in December 2001 and retired in December 2005. Dimensions: 7.75″ x 7.75j” x 9.5″ tall, plus another 1.5″ or so more for the spire. No chips or cracks. All original packaging materials included. There is some light box wear from storage, with the only item of note the corner as shown in the last photo having some smooshing. Lights and switch work, and no damage.
