Pre-Owned Department 56 – Christmas in the City Lighted Building – The Ed Sullivan Theater. The building is in good condition with no visible cracks, chips or repairs. A light cord is included but the bulb is not. The original box and styrofoam are included. The box sleeve has some wear from use and storage. The UPC on the sleeve has been marked through with red permanent marker. The building measures approximately 9.75″ x 5.5″ x 5.125. Please see all photos for the best depiction of physical condition. Comes from a smoke free home. Additional photos available upon request.
