56 Christmas In The City Series #4020175 “Maxwell’s Blues Hall “. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building measures 9 inches high x 7 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign. The detail is great. It will stand out in your Christmas In the City village display. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. Hotel is in excellent pre-owned condition. Original box and original styrofoam packing shows some shelf wear (scraps, wrinkles and scuffs). READ: the power cord has the required aux connection to ensure the star is illuminated however, the cord has been melted by a nearby candle (oops) – cord and light works as it should. Sleeve has some discoloration. Item appears brand new but when I was opening it, the Polar bear with cub fell on the ground and broke. Clean break so should be an easy fix.

This listing is for one Dept 56 Chicago White Sox Old Comiskey Park, Christmas In The City, layouts. Also included with the stadium layout, is one vendor. Both items are used but, are very clean and in great shape. I can’t see any chips or cracks. The stadium illuminates when plugged in and turned on. Both items come with their original box. The boxes are in just ok shape. The vendor does not light up, it is simply an accessory piece. It looks like the vendor accessory may never have been removed from the box until I took the pictures. The items are packaged exactly as shown.
