This is for a Dept 56 CIC Flatiron building. Its in beautiful shape no breaks or chips in it. Was displayed once years ago and put back in the box. The building stands at least 12 tall. It includes the double light and cord, the NY Emblem which goes to the top center of the roof area and 3 strands of wreaths. The box has alittle wear on one side. A small tear on the top and a crinkled corner on the bottom right. Again the piece is perfect and rare. See my other items.
