Rare Department 56 piece, Empire State Building. Tower is in excellent working condition, only flaw is one of the pegs to hold on top piece broke, still holds firm and does affect use at all. Flags never put on tower, still in plastic. Original good shows wear from the years, has foam inserts to securely store the tower. King Kong isnt original Department 56 but is included and looks awesome(comes off easily no glue or damage to tower).
