Dept 56 Village House Holiday Christmas Xmas City Woolworth’s 56.59249 Store
GREAT CONDITION ITEM, STYROFOAM IS CRACKED AS NOTED IN PICTURE. Please see my other collectible and vintage items. Please Note: I carefully inspect every item that I sell for blemishes, stains, cracks, chips, crazing, repairs, etc… I thoroughly describe and photograph any imperfections that I find. On occasion I may miss something, but never intentionally. Please contact me if you find something that I have missed so that we can come to a reasonable solution. Most of my items are used vintage items and will show some signs of their age. Please look at pictures carefully as this shows problems I may have missed and is as is from the pictures. I strongly suggest returning by UPS since the Post Office takes several months to settle claims. ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX WITH ALL TAGS AND LABELS. I use bubble wrap, newspaper, peanuts and large enough boxes to ensure ample space between items to prevent them from crashing into each other with extra space around the edges for protection. However, accidents can happen while in route. If this happens, please contact me. Items will be delivered WITHOUT signature required unless you tell me otherwise. Dept 56 58930 Cathedral Of Saint Paul Christmas In City Church Landmark Village
Up for sale is this RETIRED Department 56 Historical Landmark Series from Christmas in the city featuring the Cathedral of St Paul. This was bought at a convention in Minnesota and was kept as a memory. It is incredibly ornate and beautifully crafted, truly one of the finest pieces Dept 56 has put out. One of the towers has double bells. Stands approx 11″ tall to top of cross x 11″ wide. Please take in the pictures as they speak 1000 words to how this piece looks. Was displayed only once and has been stored away ever since. It is as close to being BRAND NEW without being. Looked over closely and could not find any issues (other then Dept 56 over-gluing one of the roof tops). I do my very best to describe each item as accurately.
