A Department 56 Collectible. The Original Snow Village. Old Store Stock – No chips or cracks – Exceptionally clean – This building is very large as it was an Inn in 1976 where the group of friends went to design, create and envision how to create a Christmas Village that could be placed and grow under your Christmas Tree each year – Signed. Refer to photo’s for approximate dimensions. Original Sleeve and Styrofoam Box has normal shelf wear and tear and/or may have bent or crushed edges, yellowing or brown spots or fading from age – the inside of the sleeve does have brown stains/fading from the acid in the sleeve.

A Department 56 Collectible. Christmas in the City. Old Store Stock – No chips or cracks – Exceptionally Clean. Scene inside Restaurant possibly Celebrating Valentine’s Day or at least Love! Coordinates well with Sterling Jewelers (see separate listing and sign on the side of the building referencing Sterling Jewelers). Has Original Light Cord. Styrofoam Box packaging and sleeve are present: Most of which are in excellent condition with minimal if any shelf wear. However, as they are 20+ years old, sleeve’s may have yellowing, stickers, brown stains, bent/crushed edges or wrinkles or a small amount of writing on them.
