This is the most iconic building in this collection, and here is your chance to have one in absolutely pristine condition. It was still in the plastic overwrap that it came from the factory in. Naturally, it has never been displayed and was removed from the box for the first time to take these pictures. All of the lights were checked and work perfectly. The 4 flags are still in the bag they came in, and I didn’t want to remove them just for the picture and risk one getting misplaced. The top spire looks crooked in some of the pictures, but it is just a funny angle, because it is perfectly straight in real life. There is no damage of any kind on this piece. There is some minor damage to the box in a little bit of wrinkling on the top corners which you can see on the picture of the box, but I didn’t want to waste two of the pictures showing you close-up pictures of the damage when I thought you would rather see just how good the building looks! This piece was introduced in 2003 and retired in 2005. This is a very tall piece at 24 inches, and very heavy, and I intend to have it professionally packed for maximum safety, and fully insured to protect your investment as well as I can. It has been stored in my smoke free home since then. There is no damage of any kind on this piece, and only some really minor damage to the sleeve. This piece was introduced in 2002 and retired in 2006. I was asked if the marquee lights worked, and I had not checked them when I took the building out of the box to photograph it, so I got it out again and plugged the lights in. I apologize for the quality of the last two pictures, but as you can plainly see, both of the lights are working, and the marquee lights are either solid-on or blinking, depending on which setting you prefer. I have always believed that you can never have too many people or trees and other landscaping things in your village, and I have collected a large assortment of these over the years. Some are by Department 56, some by LeMax, and some from a variety of other sellers, and they all just added to the display, in my opinion. This is for everyone’s peace of mind.
