Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #799996 lighted building called St. It is a numbered limited-edition piece from 2008 and is marked 1407 out of 6000 on the bottom. The building measures 7.25 x 8.5 x 11.25. As for condition it is missing one pane of stain glass on the front window. Besides that there are no chips or cracks. It also comes with four crosses that are packaged separately and a light cord. It comes in its original styrofoam box and sleeve which does show wear and tear.

Piano is broken off and needs fixing there might be not all broken pieces there or all of the rope. House shows wear and is chipped. The styrofoam does not have the lid!

I’m not sure if it was a dealer close out or a personal collection, but many of these items have all the original packaging so may be NEW or were used for display purposes in the store. IF there are any issues with items, those details will be noted in each listing. Many RARE or Hard to Find buildings and accessories!! This is your opportunity to add pieces to your collection! This listing: Foster Pharmacy #58916. NOTE: there is a chunk missing from back corner. Because of its location by snow, it looks like snow was extended. Please use zoom feature to determine condition for yourself. Box and styrofoam are bit dirty and show shelf wear but do the job of identifying and protecting this item. Building may need good cleaning/dusting. At least on our end!

Dept. 56 Chicago Cubs Tavern FlAWED READ Christmas in the City Series

The black pole on the Cubs sign is broken on the tip that inserts into the building. The Cubs sign can be glued onto the building and looks fine, but when it’s glued on the building, the building does not fit in the styrofoam box. So I left the sign unglued. Other than that, there is some paint wear on the Cubs sign. Box also has wear. Very cool building that lights up.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, issue is the previous two flags broke off in the holes, you need to dig out broken pieces to insert the two new ones, or glue them on, original box and styrofoam.

This listing: Paramount Hotel #58911. Flashing color-changing lights on fourth floor. Note: sleeve does have a bit of damage from storage. The original bulb was burned out so I replaced with a clear nightlight bulb. The star at the top does not illuminate and I’m not sure if it is all there. The little wires do fit down into building. One of the sisal evergreen trees needs to be glued on again. This was a well-loved piece. I did some light cleaning. May need additional dusting. No other flaws detected! At least on our end!
