Department 56 Christmas In The City Crystal Gardens Conservatory This is my favorite Department 56 piece. A great addition to your Christmas In The City collection and a rare find. This item was displayed and is NOT IN NEW CONDITION. Comes with cord and I only see 1 of the interior lights not working. Box and sleeve show shelf wear with a couple tears on the top of the box. I folded up the plastic bag in the box as it gets caught on the trees on the building (I have this piece in my collection so I speak from experience) Feel free to message me on any questions you have on this item. This was a LARGE collection of Department 56. Christmas in the City series, North Pole series, Northwood series, and more!! I’m not sure if it was a dealer close out or a personal collection, but many of these items have all the original packaging so may be NEW or were used for display purposes in the store. IF there are any issues with items, those details will be noted in each listing. Many RARE or Hard to Find buildings and accessories!! This is your opportunity to add pieces to your collection! This listing: Paramount Hotel #58911. Flashing color-changing lights on fourth floor. Note: sleeve does have a bit of damage from storage. The original bulb was burned out so I replaced with a clear nightlight bulb. The star at the top does not illuminate and I’m not sure if it is all there. The little wires do fit down into building. One of the sisal evergreen trees needs to be glued on again. This was a well-loved piece. I did some light cleaning. May need additional dusting. No other flaws detected! At least on our end!

Dept 56 Christmas in the City Series “Potter’s Tea House” RETIRED RARE. This is a Department 56 Porcelain hand painted house From the ” Christmas in the city” Series by Heritage Village. THIS IS A RETIRED PIECE!!!!!!!! What does that mean?? The end of the each year means the retirement of some of our most beloved products. Each year, certain pieces are selected to be retired from production. Once that decision has been made, the mold is broken. This limits the number of pieces. This piece was produced for a VERY Short time. Released in December 1993 and Retired in December 1996. It is in Excellent condition, Inn its original ox and packaging.
