Hand painted Building (each is approximately 5.5″ x 3″ x 9) w/ Light Cord and bulb. Coffee Shop is a stone three-story shop serves tea by the cup or pot. Stone arches decorate windows. Green awning covers upper window above entry. Sign hangs in front of door to alert shoppe. This classic piece has great colors to display in your village. Add other favorite city pieces, a brick street with cars, villagers. Condition: B rand new, mint in box, original packaging. Never displayed, stored pet and smoke free. Dept 56 Christmas in the City Series “Potter’s Tea House” RETIRED RARE. This is a Department 56 Porcelain hand painted house From the ” Christmas in the city” Series by Heritage Village. THIS IS A RETIRED PIECE!!!!!!!! What does that mean?? The end of the each year means the retirement of some of our most beloved products. Each year, certain pieces are selected to be retired from production. Once that decision has been made, the mold is broken. This limits the number of pieces. This piece was produced for a VERY Short time. Released in December 1993 and Retired in December 1996. It is in Excellent condition, Inn its original ox and packaging.
