56 Christmas In The City Series #4023514 “City Park Carriage House “. It is in excellent condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It is a three piece set. The building measures 8 inches high x 6 1/2 inches long x 7 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign for building. Also included is the man with the carriage horse and sign for carriage rides. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean it does have some light wear from storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. The product was manufactured in 2002 and is made of porcelain. It measures 9 inches in height, 2 inches in length, and 8.5 inches in width. It weighs 2 pounds and comes in a box for safe storage. In like new never displayed condition. Taken out of the box for inspection and pics. Box and sleeve show shelf wear.
