This listing is for one Dept 56 Chicago White Sox Old Comiskey Park, Christmas In The City, layouts. Also included with the stadium layout, is one vendor. Both items are used but, are very clean and in great shape. I can’t see any chips or cracks. The stadium illuminates when plugged in and turned on. Both items come with their original box. The boxes are in just ok shape. The vendor does not light up, it is simply an accessory piece. It looks like the vendor accessory may never have been removed from the box until I took the pictures. The items are packaged exactly as shown.

Christmas In The City MLB Legends of Baseball – Old Comiskey Park # 59215. Comes with the following 3 Accessories. #59443 – A day at the BallPark. #58990 – Choosing Rights. #58983 – Hot Roasted Chestnuts. All are Retired and in New condition with no cracks or chips that I can see, all have original boxes, sleeves and lighting cord, boxes show some wear from age and shelf storage. Perfect addition to your Village collection or for the “MAN” cave for the White Sox fan! 56 Christmas In The City 2001 “Tavern In The Park”. It is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. The fancy restaurant is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building stands approx. 71/2 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The light cord adapter is included along with the flag for the roof. THE FLAG IS A REPLACEMENT FLAG, I noticed it had been repainted. It displays fine, but I wanted to let you know. The detail is great, it will stand out in your village display. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The styrofoam box has a chipped off piece on the side, the box still holds the piece securely. The the paper sleeve shows some wear on the edges from age and storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items. Pa residents are charged 6 % Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue as I may have missed something in my description but never intentionally.
