Marquee supports, nutcrackers with tree, sign, and potted plant attachments are fragile. A building with similar name was released in 2000. PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO CONFUSE THIS THEATRE WITH ANOTHER DEPARTMENT 56 “Majestic Theater” #56.58913. The word Theatre vs. Theater is different, as well as the building style, obviously. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet.
