56 Christmas In The City. It was retired in 2005. It stands 23 1/2 inches tall and it’s 8 1/2 inches long and 6 inches wide. It has been displayed and is in good condition. The paint is in good condition. The detachable top lights and has a small chip (see picture). It ONLY CHANGES TO RED AND GREEN THE WHITE BULB DOESN’T WORK. This seems to be an. The bulbs are NOT replaceable. Inside the building are two large white bulbs, there are eight small spot lights that help illuminate the building. Also are included are four American flags that go in the front and rear of the building. It is part of the Christmas in the City Historical Landmark Series. The information booklet is not included. This is a 2003 Department 56 Christmas in the City Empire State Building. It is part of the Historical Landmarks Series. It is in mint condition and includes all the flags. It has been tested and all lights work like new and it lights up 3 different colors. The box has a few tears as seen in the pics, but is otherwise in good condition. Styrofoam and pamphlet are also included. Please note that the pegs that stick out of the bottom of the clear part of the building are no longer there so it just sits on there, but still displays perfectly and is not noticeable at all.
