The light cord was never used & the 3 hanging green lamps were never used, still stapled in plastic bag (view 3rd photo). The building & sign are in excellent condition. DEPT 56 Christmas in the City FERRARA BAKERY! 3D Scene, Complete, Excellent

This listing is for a hard-to-find Dept 56 Christmas in the City FERRARA BAKERY! Piece has a great 3D scene showing baked goods in the window. The building that you will receive is in mint(no chips, cracks, repairs, missing parts) condition and is shown in pictures 3 through 8. It shows no signs of having been previously displayed. The box sleeve had some water exposure at some point and there is a bit of waving, and a rough surface on parts of it. It also has a notch on one side. It did not affect the building in any way. Gorgeous Dept 56 Ferrara Bakery & Cafe from Christmas in the City Series. This has never been Displayed. The Ferrara Sign And the Three little Lights are still sealed. Dept 56 2007 Ferrara Bakery & Cafe #56.59272 Mint Condition Lighted Interior

The building stands approx. 9 1/2 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 5 inches wide. It has never been displayed. I removed to examine and take pictures. The detail is really great on this piece, check out all the delicious looking goodies in the front window. The sign and three little lamps are still sealed and I have left them that way. It comes with it’s original light cord. It would look great in your Christmas In The City display. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve is in good clean condition, it does have minor wear from storage and the styrofoam box has some scuffs on the bottom again from storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept 56 and other items. These charges are your responsibility. Pa residents are charged 6 % Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue as I may have missed something in my description but never intentionally. The little outside lamps are still in the plastic bag they came in, and I did not take them out just for these pictures. It has never been displayed and has only been removed from the box once, to take these pictures. There is no damage of any kind on this piece. This piece was introduced in 2007 and retired in 2009.
