There is a lot of detail and it is beautiful. The windows have a stained glass window look. This is in very good used condition! There is no damage. The box is in good shape showing normal wear. It is really nice! If so, usually along the base but could be other places. I pointed them out if I noticed any but may miss minor imperfections. Also, please refer to the pictures for details. Department 56 – (RARE) Empire State Building #59207 Large piece – Beautiful! Department 56 Christmas in the City – Historical Landmark Series Empire State Building #56.59207 This is a sought after and not very easy piece to find! It is majestic, measuring about 25 tall when steeple is placed on top. The top of the building has a clear steeple looking piece. When turned on, the steeple illuminates colors White, Green and Red. You push a button to change the colors. This is in very good used condition! It works like it should. There is no damage. The box is in good shape showing normal wear. It is really nice! This is large and heavy. I do pack my items very well. I do encourage local pick-up if possible on this one. If so, usually along the base but could be other places. Dept 56, Lemax Display Platform! Town Center! Christmas in the City! Beautiful

Where Details are Everything! Hi, I make custom display platforms to fit the scale of Dept 56 and Lemax villages. If you are like me your collection keeps getting bigger every year. I ran out of room and needed to find a better way to display my cute village. So I started to make platform bases about 10 years ago. I just love to see everything come to life with everything all lit up. Each design is my own and is protected. THIS IS A PRE ORDER!! PLEASE ALLOW 1 WEEK FOR YOUR CONSTRUCTION. The Town Center was designed for Dept 56 Christmas in the City. I wanted this display platform to have a real city feel. I will describe it as best as I can. PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE ABOUT DOING THE TOWN CENTER IN RED BRICKS – SEE LAST PICTURE ABOVE! RED BRICKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE! Please send me a message if you have questions. I can make it to fit your space! This is a large platform. It is made in 3 sections that fit together. It has formal block walls with wall caps. The stairs are all done in a round shape. I brushed them with resin to give them a slippery look. The lower level has sidewalks and roads. The sidewalks follow the road all the way around to the other end. I put snow piles along the edges for a snowy look. The roads have curbs. I brushed the roads with resin to give them a black ice look. There is a lot of room to show off your pedestrians, cars, street signs etc. The ice skating rink is the central focus of the display. It is done with light blue and white, I use resin for the wet look. I have outlined it with a low wall that is painted gray. The upper area has alot of room for you commercial buildings. I placed a 3rd level in each corner that measures 12″ X 7″. This will hold a large building. I carved in stairs leading up to each one. Platform sits on wide cut legs. This hidden section gives you a nice place to hide adapters. I have drilled holes on the main level for your cords to drop down into. You can easily drape the cords over the back on the upper levels. The right and left areas measure approximately 23″ X 10″ and 23″ X 17″. The ice skating rink is a 10 oval. Streets are 3 wide. Sidewalks are 2 1/2 wide.
