The DEPT 56 Christmas in the City Brentwood #6009748 is a collectible village house from Department 56. This piece features an intricately detailed building perfect for creating a festive holiday display, adding charm and nostalgia to your holiday season. An absolutely stunning rendition of a brownstone. Incredible detail, dressed for the holiday season. This building is brand new, never removed from box and still wrapped with tape, unopened. Hence the limited pictures. The pictures shown of this building are from another identical building, just to give you a better, close-up view of the building. Box is in excellent condition but for a minor tear on the upper edge and corners are a little bent from packaging (see pic). Styrofoam is unopened, so I assume it is in mint unused condition. Holidays aren’t far behind, so don’t wait on this! It’ll add so much charm and elegance to your display! From a smoke-free environment. Thanks for looking and have a great day!
