The Department 56 Christmas in the City Cathedral Church of St. Mark 55492 is a limited edition decorative collectible house from the renowned Department 56 brand. Due to production complications and manufacturing issues that resulted in many flaws/defects, only a little over 3000 pieces were actually released to the market (rather than the original plan for 17,000). Unlike many other pieces, this item has no noticeable flaws or defects (see photos). The box shows signs of wear (see photos) but the piece itself is wonderful.
