The Department 56 “The Brew House” #4036491 is a multicolor porcelain Christmas village house from the 1930s-1940s era. This collectible piece is part of the Christmas in the City collection and measures 7 inches side to side, 8 1/8 inches in height (at tallest point – the chimney), and 5 inches from front to back. It features a painted finish and comes with its original box, making it a perfect addition to any holiday and seasonal decor. This retired (in 2020) piece captures the theme of cities and seasonal festivities in a charming and nostalgic way. As stated in “condition description” there are some distressed spots on one side of the BREW HOUSE sign (looking at the sign as positioned on the brew house, it is the right facing side).
