This is a Department 56 Christmas Village piece featuring the Golden Gate Bridge as part of the Christmas in the City collection. Released in 2004, this historical landmark is a tribute to cities and landmarks, specifically the iconic bridge. It is designed for indoor display and is a new addition to the series. This item was sitting in a shed collecting dust- I cleaned the plastic as best i could. What’s the stuff? The Hensly Cadillac and Buick lighted Hometown Auto Dealership sculpture is from the Dept 56 Christmas in the City Village Series, item #56.59235. The sculpture is about 7 inches tall it is about 7 1/4 x 5 1/4. The building has the Dept 56 hallmark on the bottom. The building lights up, and comes with a light cord. Displayed on the showroom floor looks to be a replica of a 1932 Cadillac 355B Cabriolet. This was brought into the collection in 2004 and was retired in 2006. This is NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM D56. It’s Brand New, Never Displayed, Mint Condition in Original Box. The BOX is NOT Perfect, as pictured. This item was opened for the first time for pictures and it was checked for defects and workability, it is Perfect. Released in 2008 and retired in 2009, Dept 56 21 Club. This item is used and in greatcondition. The front fence is missingbut is not noticeable. No chips orcracks and works perfectly. The box isin good shape but shows some wear, like most.
