56 Christmas In The City Series #56.59238 “Milano Of Italy “. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The clothing store measures 9 inches high x 4 1/2 inches long x 4 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and top finial. Check out the front display windows of the Italian shoes and beautiful clothing. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean, the Styrofoam box had a slight crack that has been taped. It is a tight fit for the building, I guess that’s how it happened, but it is taped and it is strong. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue. I try to give a very accurate description but sometime I miss or forget to mention something but never intentionally.

For the 1st photo, all other photos are of the actual. Item you will receive. CONDITION : Harley-Davison City Dealership is Brand new in damaged packaging. The outer cardboard sleeve is ripped on one side and missing a piece of the outer cardboard. The Styrofoam on the top and bottom are a little dirty from being in storage. The edges of the inner Styrofoam are starting to flake (see photo 12). That being said, the house itself is brand new and has never been removed from the packaging – See photos.
