Here is a beautiful Department 56 Collectible Christmas Building– The Flamingo Club! Porcelain painted building that has two flamingos next to the sign. Building comes with a light cord. I plugged it in to make sure it works–Lights up fine! Listing this as new (other) because it has never been displayed and has remained in the Styrofoam box over the years. Building is in brand new condition! Approximately 8 1/2 tall. Comes in the original Styrofoam box with outside cover. Cover sleeve is in good condition and has no discoloration. Styrofoam box is also in good shape with a slight dent on one outside corner area. The Styrofoam lid has some scrape areas from the rubbing of taking the cover sleeve off and on. This was produced in 2011 and is now a retired piece. No longer available through Dept. All items are packaged well and protected from the rigors of the postal system.
