The building measures approx. 11 inches high x 6 inches long x 7 inches wide. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The yellow lights work, they can stay on steady or can flash if you want it to. The interior white light is also in working condition. The detail is really great on this piece which is getting harder and harder to find. It is a must have piece for your Christmas In The City display. If you have never been to Radio City you should put it on your bucket list, it is a fabulous show! 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home.
