Department 56 Christmas In The City collection is one of the most popular Dept 56 Christmas villages. Collector’s Edition, Hand Numbered Limited Edition of 7,000 pieces. This piece is #4,068 / 7,000. Stately crafted uptown ballroom featuring animated couples dancing on the outside balcony (adapter included). Ornamental lights, trees, two attachments and chimney are fragile. This item was part of a dealer’s display and was placed on a black roof shingle in a glass-enclosed cabinet. The electronics was only turned on when a serious customer requested to see the dancers in action. The roof shingle left a few black marks on the underside of the building which can likely be removed with a Goo Gone type dissolvent, if desired. Otherwise, the building is in “like new” condition with fully functional, smooth moving dancers, as designed. We appreciate being contacted for ANY questions, comments or concerns. Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate “germs” on the surface.
