From Department 56’s Christmas In The City collection. Few Christmas presents bring more joy than a furry four-legged friend for Villagers of Christmas in the City. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Removed for inspection and, possible, photos. The box and sleeve are in excellent condition with possible minor shelf wear. We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate “germs” on the surface.
