Christmas in the City. New – Never Displayed. Hand Made Porcelain – Lit Building. Has Original Light Cord. Signed and Numbered by the Original Dept 56 Artist – Tom Bates. Originally, 35,000 of these beautiful Churches were made. 3,500 were held back. Now, they are releasing the original 3,500 held back. The original Artist signed each piece AND then numbered each one signed – Thus you will receive #_______ of 3,500 Signed. Each building was removed from it’s plastic to be signed. “Stained Glass Windows” are plastic and unfortunately do fall out – a simple dob of clear glue will remedy it. This is straight from Enesco/Dept 56 to Us to You! This Church is truly MAGNIFICENT when Lit and in Display! This Department 56 Christmas in the City building belongs to a mega Dept. She owns nearly every building in every village and couldn’t possible display them all – and now dearly needs to downsize! Although the outside cellophane wrap has long since disappeared, this 2007 release, very fun building has never been out of the box. I had to gingerly open it up to inspect it for you. It’s in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, nicks, ticks…………. Or all of the other words used to describe damage. I didn’t want to unwrap the light cord – but no doubt it works just fine. This building rarely appears, don’t wait for another – this is the one you want. This building receives a solid A+! Dept 56 Empire State Building with issue but with extras, well tested

Dept 56 Empire State Building # 56.59207. Christmas trash cans # 5209-4. All the light up to top work but only red light on top will come on (as shown). Boxes are slightly damaged (as shown). We will check to make sure you get the best pricing. For the best rate please wait for an invoice. (Though if there are several days in between items you might give us a shout). Department 56 Empire State Building (Rare, #59207) FREE SHIPPING

Dept 56 Christmas in the City Village EMPIRE STATE BUILDING. This is the empire state building for the Department 56 collection. The building top lights up and changes color by the press of a button (see attached photos). Building appears in very good condition. Does not come with flags. The box is worn (see attached photos). The spotlights on the sides of the building work as well. Box is included but has wear and some tears. Introduced 2003 and retired in December 2005. It features several holiday lighting effects, including blueish/white, green and red colors in detachable top section that operate each color on or off on a 4 position pushbutton switch. There are 2 large white interior building bulbs and 8 yellow spotlights located around the top part of the building and shine up to illuminate the exterior. Top needle still has both pegs (see attached photo). These have been known to break off with wear. MINT Department 56 Empire State Building #59207 Christmas in City Series

We received this as a Christmas gift in 2004, moved and never had room again to display it, so after 17 or so years its time to say goodbye to this wonderful piece. The box has seen better days, with some tearing and bending, but there are no flaws whatsoever otherwise. All original internal and external lights work perfectly, including the red white and green colors up top (see pictures for details), though since they original you may might consider some new bulbs to plug in to ensure desired brightness. All 4 flags are included! Willing to use whatever carrier you prefer, however. Please let me know if you have any questions.
