56 Christmas In The City #56.59207 Empire State Building. The building stands 23 1/2 inches high x 8 1/2 inches long x 6 inches wide. It has been displayed and is in very good condition. The paint is in good condition there are no chips or cracks. THE TOP SPIRE ONE OF THE PLASTIC MOUNTING TABS HAS BROKEN OFF AND IS STILL IN THE BASE, it still sets fine and is not noticeable if you have fine pliers you may be able to get it out and glue it back on but, as I said it still displays nicely. I have noticed that this is a common problem with this piece. It was retired in 2005. It has a button control that can change the top light from white to green or red. It is a great piece with wonderful detail that is hard to find. It does comes with the four little American flags. Also included is a information book about the Empire State building. The paper sleeve is complete there were two small tears near the top that have been taped with clear tape.
