The Empire State Building is part of the Dept 56 Historical Landmark Series and the Christmas in the City series. It stands 23 inches tall. This building was used in an enclosed library display. The white light in the top tower does not work but the Red and Green do. All the other lighting is in working order. The Building itself is in excellent condition and comes in original box with unopened set of American flags and all original paperwork. ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON RECEIPT.
