Dept 56 Christmas in the City, “The Flamingo Club” #4022814 Retired 2011. Item is pre owned. The piece itself is in excellent condition, with some damage to the packaging. There are a couple 1 rips on the outer box as well as some creasing and bends. The bottom section of the styrofoam packaging is missing.
