Jamison Art Center 59261 Dept 56 Christmas in the City Retired NEW Mint

This is the retired Limited Edition hand-numbered Jamison Art Center set from the Department 56 (Dept 56) Christmas in the City Series. It’s a 2006 release in the lighted buildings line, item No. 59261, and is new and mint. This piece is No. 4,750 of 9,000 in the Limited Edition run. The building has only been removed from the box once, to take a picture of the number on the bottom. The building is still wrapped in its plastic bag inside the hard foam protective padding. All of the pieces, including the artist studio sign and the light cord, are present and intact. The display box is in very nice condition, with small creases at the corners and the original price tag on the side. See the pictures for condition details. All of my action figures, Lego sets, Playmobil sets, Fisher Price, My Little Pony items, Department 56, and other vintage odds and ends come from my personal collection. Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #59224 building called “New York Yankees Souvenir Shop”. This two-story brick building has so many details including a large billboard sign on top of the building that has a picture of a kid with “Go Yankees” under it. Love the lighted front window under the Yankees awning along with the bench on the side. And let’s not forget the large team trivia that is on the back of the facade! The building measures 5.5 x 4.5 x 8. It comes in its original styrofoam box and Dept. The building is in mint condition without any chips or cracks. It was introduced in 2004 and retired in 2005. Dept. 56 Christmas in the City #59221 COCA-COLA SODA FOUNTAIN Original Box Mint

Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #59221 called “COCA-COLA SODA FOUNTAIN” which was introduced in 2004. This lighted building offers a nostalgic look back at the soda fountains of the 1930’s and 1940’s. The Coca-Cola brand name are prominently displayed on the outside of the building and there is an interior 3D scene of two teenagers drinking the popular soda. And as with all Department 56 buildings no details were sparred. Some of these details include balconies, large Coke sign, lantern post, and four lights. The building measures 7 5/8″ long x 5 1/2″ deep x 10 tall. It comes in its original styrofoam box and Dept. 56 sleeve which does show some wear and tear. The building itself is in excellent condition without any chips or cracks. Please note there is NO light cord. You will have to supply your own.
