Pre-Owned Department 56 – Christmas in the City Lighted Building – The Ed Sullivan Theater. The building is in good condition with no visible cracks, chips or repairs. A light cord is included but the bulb is not. The original box and styrofoam are included. The box sleeve has some wear from use and storage. The UPC on the sleeve has been marked through with red permanent marker. The building measures approximately 9.75″ x 5.5″ x 5.125. Please see all photos for the best depiction of physical condition. Department 56 Christmas in the City Cathedral of Saint Paul. There is a moveable bell inside the church tower. Introduced December 2001 Retired December 2005 Everything looks to be in good shape. Box has some damage from storage. I’ve reviewed all items for flaws and done my best to note them. Items are in a smoke-free, pet-free home and if they are not new with tags they have been washed. New with tags may have a few stray pet hairs on them from the homes they come from. Thank you for purchasing from me!
