Department 56 Christmas In The City collection is one of the most popular Dept 56 Christmas villages. Hand- Numbered Limited Edition of 9,000 pieces. This building is #7,643. Uptown art studio/gallery with interior 3-D exhibition scene. Design elements features artist balcony, columns, iron grates, and exterior lamp (fragile). This building was part of a dealer’s display which was shown to potential customers in a glass-enclosed cabinet. There is expected slight, shelf wear to the box and sleeve consistent with the age of this item. We appreciate being contacted for ANY questions, comments or concerns. Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate “germs” on the surface.
